Itinerary

At the agreed time, we’ll meet you at Casablanca airport to start our adventure. Our first stop is Casablanca, the White City, Morocco's largest city and its economic and business capital. Highlights include the spectacular Hassan II Mosque—the seventh largest mosque in the world and the largest on the continent. We’ll also visit Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square, and the Royal Palace area.

After this fascinating visit, we’ll have lunch at a typical local restaurant and continue to Rabat, Morocco’s national capital, home to the King, and the country’s second-most populous city. In Rabat, we’ll explore landmarks such as the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Kasbah of the Udayas, and the Chellah Necropolis and Gardens.

Accommodation in Rabat.

After breakfast at the hotel, our journey to uncover Imperial Morocco continues. Our first stop is Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, since 1997. This ancient Roman city is one of the best-preserved archaeological sites in North Africa.

Next, we’ll head to Meknes, another UNESCO World Heritage Site (1996), known for hosting the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, a 17th-century Sultan of Morocco.

In Meknes, we’ll enjoy lunch before exploring the Medina’s walls, wandering through its alleys, and soaking in its charm. We’ll also visit the Bab el Mansour Gate and Moulay Ismail’s Mausoleum.

After visiting this majestic city, we’ll travel to Fez. Accommodation in Fez.

After breakfast, we’ll immerse ourselves in this imperial city. Fez is renowned for having the largest Medina in the world and as a cradle of culture, home to the first university in the world.

We’ll start our adventure with a guided tour led by an official guide through the Medina of Fez. You’ll explore its narrow streets, discover hidden spots, and dive into its rich history. The Medina of Fez, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a global hub for craftsmanship, particularly leatherwork and pottery.

We’ll visit the stunning gate of the Royal Palace, move through the Jewish Quarter (dating back to the 14th century), and explore cultural landmarks such as the Tanneries and the famous University of Al-Qarawiyyin.

After immersing ourselves in the history and culture of Fez, we’ll pause for lunch at a traditional Moroccan restaurant. The day concludes with a panoramic view of the Medina from a scenic overlook, leaving you with an unforgettable memory of Fez.

Accommodation is in Fez.

After breakfast, we’ll embark on a scenic journey to Marrakech, passing through stunning landscapes that reveal another side of Morocco. Our first stop is Azrou, where we’ll encounter a population of Barbary macaques in their natural habitat.

Continuing through various towns and crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains, we’ll reach Beni Mellal, a small and ancient imperial city, where we’ll stop for lunch.

We’ll then proceed to Marrakech and head straight to the hotel.

After a revitalizing breakfast at your accommodation, we will embark on a guided tour of the Red City, Marrakech. On this tour, we will explore the streets of Marrakech, discovering its essence and most important monuments, such as the Koutoubia Mosque (a 13th-century structure; a sister of Seville's Giralda and considered the spiritual center of Marrakech), the Saadian Tombs (dating back to the 16th century, famous for their central Carrara marble dome), and the Bahia Palace (16th century, a prime example of aristocratic life in medieval Muslim Morocco, with a notable cedar wood ceiling in the Ambassador's Hall).

We will then walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the heart of the city. After a lunch stop, we will visit the Majorelle Gardens and the Menara Garden

The rest of the afternoon will be free for you to wander through the city's streets, explore the souk, and enjoy a typical natural juice or tea in Jemaa el-Fnaa Square or one of its famous terraces while watching the sunset.

Overnight accommodation will be in Marrakech.

After breakfast, enjoy a free morning in Marrakech to wander the souks one last time, shop, or relax in its many gardens. Optional activities (subject to availability) can also be arranged to add a special touch to the trip.

In the afternoon, we’ll travel to Casablanca and head to the hotel.
